Prof. LIU Xinli

Prof. LIU Xinli is the Honorary Vice-President of China German History Association (Die Chinesische Forschungsgesellschaft der deutschen Geschichte, CFGDG). Born in Shandong, China in 1956, LIU Xinli is a professor of the School of Philosophy and Social Development, Shandong University, China, where she taught Christian History and related courses since 2001. She received her M.A. in History at theNortheastNormalUniversity, China in 1982 and Ph.D in History at the University of Mainz, Germany in 2004. Since 1982, she started to work in the School of History and Culture, Shandong University, China, where she mainly taught Middle Age History and German History. Her research fields are Christian History, History of German Religious Culture and Religious Relations in the World History. Her representative works areNation and Religion in German HistoryandReligious Relations in the World History.
